Return Policy

Non-electric Gene Cafe parts are able to be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, less original shipping charges.  In the case where Gene Cafe USA offered full or partial discounted shipping, the buyer is to pay the actual cost of shipping the order.  The buyer is to pay return shipping.

Electric parts (boards, heating elements, etc) may not be returned.

New Gene Cafe roasters may be returned within 30 days if in original unopened box, less original shipping charges.  In the case where Gene Cafe USA offered full or partial discounted shipping, the buyer is to pay the actual cost of shipping the roaster.  The buyer is to pay return shipping.  Roasters purchased after Nov 15th of a given year, may be returned by Jan 15th the following year, to accommodate Holiday gift giving.

Buyers remorse returns are accepted on like-new roasters within 60 days of purchase, provided the roaster is in like-new condition. Buyers remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges. 

We do not accept returns on roasters we did not sell directly from our website.
